Confirmation Of Attendance

We look forward to seeing you at the AVANTÉ Hotel Bandar Utama for the convocation ceremony next month.

Morning: 8:00am- 11:30am The Certificate Give-Away CONVOCATION

Evening: 8:00pm – 11:00pm MAJLIS ASPIRASI PEJUANG (CONVOCATION DINNER)

Fees: BSS Graduates RM575/pax

Additional: Non BSS Graduates (Spouse) RM300/pax
Studio Photo RM100/pax

Collection Of Robe

Graduates are encouraged to collect the BSS Robe personally to ensure that their robes are of the appropriate size.

Graduation materials can be collected at AVANTÉ Hotel Bandar Utama, two (2) hours before the ceremony begin at 7.00am.

During Convocation

The Certificate Give-Away Convocation Session will be held on 12th October 2022, 8:30am – 11:30pm, venue AVANTÉ Hotel Ballroom.

Registration and Collection Of Robe

You are required to register at 7:30am to collect your robe and your que number. A simple briefing about the flow will be held at 8:00am.

You must be punctual.

Man
Dark Lounge-Suit with the black necktie; or National attire of black “Baju Melayu” and ‘Sampin'
Clean dark shoes. Any form of sport shoes or sandals is not allowed.

Woman
Formal dress or national attire.

RTK-Self Saliva Test

Peace of mind, we request that everyone attending any events organised by Annems to do a self saliva RTK Test and submit according to the timeline as advised.

Mindfulness Of Personal Belonging

Please be reminded that personal belongings (handbags, bags, cameras, car keys, water, flowers, plastic bags etc.) are strictly not allowed to be brought into the graduation hall due to safety and security reasons.
Annems Leadership Sdn. Bhd. is NOT responsible for any damage or lost items during the conferment ceremony.

After Convocation

Returning Of Convocation Robe

The robe and mortar hat must be returned immediately after the convocation morning session.
Location: Ballroom Foyer

You are to ensure that the robe and mortar is maintained in good condition upon returning.

A compensation fee will be imposed for loss or damage of the Robe or Mortar Hat.

Certificate Receiving Photo

Photographs of each graduate will be taken when he/she receives the certificate plaque on the stage. This cost has been included as per earlier list of total cost mentioned.

Additional Photo - Photobooth
A photobooth with professional photographer will be available at the foyer of the ballroom.

Upon completion of the event, graduates can opt to take additional photograph individually or with your loved ones. This is an additional cost depending on the number of photoshoots taken. The payment is made directly to the vendor at the photobooth.
